Anjuman-E-Burhani was formed in 1997 by the farmaan and dua mubarak of His Holiness Dr. Syedna Mohammed Burhanuddin Saheb (TUS), 52nd Dai Al Mutlaq, for the benefit of his followers residing in Singapore.

The affairs and institutions of the Dawoodi Bohra Jamaat in Singapore are entrusted to Anjuman-e-Burhani. It is the aim of Anjuman-e-Burhani to serve by doing all that is necessary for the religious, economic and cultural well being of jamaat members, according to the farmaan mubarak of Aqa Maula, Syedna Mohammed Burhanuddin Saheb (tus). The ultimate goal is: a community life, fulfilliing community needs and hopes to be achieved within the framework of Singapore's policy and law, and living in harmony with all others.
